Home Information Packs. We can help.

If you are renting or selling your house, Home Inspection South West can guide you through the process and provide Home Condition Reports, Energy Performance Certificates, or the full Home Information Pack.

Do I require a report?

If you are selling or renting your property, we can provide advice about which reports you require by law.

Legislation changes

The regulations change frequently, but we can advise you about the latest legislation and any modifications to the law that may affect you.
